The GA2 Running tool is utilized for installing gas lift valves into side pocket mandrels, where it is affixed to the valve and employs a shearing mechanism to detach upon installation into the mandrel.
Design Features & Benefits
- Featuring a 5/8-inch S.R. pin top connection coupled with a 1-3/16-inch external fish neck.
- Secures 1-inch valves with a 7/8-inch diameter external fish neck via latching mechanisms.
- Incorporates an adjustable plunger to finely tune the clearance between the running tool and the valve.
